Vision Partners is a Paris-based boutique advisory firm providing strategic and operational growth advisory to brands and businesses in the fashion, luxury and premium sectors.

 

Founded by Fabrice Figaret, Vision Partners draws on more than three decades of international experience across brand development, selective distribution, international expansion and market entry, with a particular focus on Asia and the United States.

Fabrice spent 18 years between Hong Kong and South Korea, advising European brands on their development in Asian markets. He has built and managed direct operations in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore, while developing distribution and strategic partnerships across South Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia and the UAE. This experience provides Vision Partners with a deep understanding of the commercial, cultural and operational dynamics involved in entering and scaling in international markets.

 

He is currently a board member and shareholder of an American heritage luxury handbag and luggage brand founded in 1891, acquired and subsequently revived as part of his long-standing conviction in the potential of dormant “Sleeping Beauty” luxury brands. This experience has further strengthened his understanding of the US luxury market, as well as his network across the sector.

Fabrice Figaret also serves as a Senior Advisor to Clairfield International, a global corporate finance partnership advising family-owned businesses, multinational corporations and financial investors on mid-market mergers, acquisitions, disposals and other corporate finance matters, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions.
